Kevin Guthrie
Kevin has been riding and racing motorcycles for over 30 years and is the most experienced NZTA approved instructor currently operating in Nelson. AA trained Kevin is an effective and friendly instructor.
Kevin was the first Police Motorcyclist in the Tasman region. He served 23 years with the New Zealand Police and received the best motorcycle training possible. He has an enthusiastic, relaxed way of engaging students and encouraging them to learn new skills. He has toured NZ, Europe, the UK and the USA. Kevin participated in training in the US and confirmed that the training we provide in NZ is world class. Basically, Kevin is a legend!

Jason has been riding and racing motorcycles for over 30 years and was in the motorcycle industry for 25 years. Heaps of experience plus great training from the AA in how to teach effectively.
Jason has been involved in the Motorcycle industry since 1986. As his passion for the industry grew he ended up owning a motorcycle shop, helping to run local motorcycle events and later becoming an instructor. Since 2010, Jason has trained in NZ and Australia and provided training in the form of Basic Handling Skills Tests, CBTA courses and ACC Ride Forever Courses. He has trained NZ Post riders and won an award for his efforts. His return to road racing after a long time away from the track has given him a fresh insight into learning motorcycle skills and the positive effect a supportive enthusiastic instructor can have on the ability to gain confidence on two wheels.

Mitch is TMT’s administrator, responding to emails, calls and facilitating courses and licence bookings. She handles all the behind the scenes ‘stuff’ to make sure things run to plan and is always happy to help.
Mitch is the proud owner of 'George', her Honda Rebel and 'Millie' her Yamaha MT-03. She loves to get out from behind her keyboard on a ride whenever she can! She loves being part of the TMT team, meeting riders and hearing about their riding journey.
